Delta State Police Command has recovered 7,365 Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) which were carted away by gunmen, who invaded the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Oghara, Ethiope West Local Government Area recently.
About two weeks ago, gunmen invaded the INEC 0ffice, and stole about 600,000 PVC and some registers. continue...
